There are some real concerns about dealing with Incapacitating aspects from our culture today. The bombardment of a broad assault on our systems result in Neurotoxicity, Autoimmune Concerns and Complex Post Traumatic Stress. These symptoms and the behaviors are complicated. Current recovery focuses on managing the behaviors and drug therapy. There are new trends in healing the underlying toxicity and traumas that moves beyond behaviors and drugs. We are researching the source cause of toxicity and trauma to effectively restore the highest levels of functioning and success in life. In 2013 being a community known internationally as a recovery town, the alarming growth in industry yet stagnant recovery. There are too many programs and not enough successful intervention. Money is being spent, the industry is growing, yet recovery is declining. By working with professionals, programs and new theories we are looking into new directions focusing on transformation and empowerment. My action plan for a task force to research and identify the concerns to find the right course of action. Incapacitation is becoming epidemic. In 2017, with professionals worldwide, we are combining efforts to bring real time solutions in a complicated world. In 2013 my focus was on Recovery Treatment Centers. In 2012, my concern for local delinquent teens which spurred community leaders to open a new Teen Center. In 2011-12, I testified to US Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and the Presidential BioEthics Commission. In 2010, I testified to FDA regarding non disclosure of medical devices and the inherent dangers in these actions.

Internationally

The International Healing House is devoted to understanding and investigating Human Rights Violations. This goal is limited, at this time, to BioChemical Terrorism both internationally as well as in the U.S. Dr Eleanor Lisa Beyea Pomeroy is not an expert in this area, but she has received Homeland Security Training in BioChemical weaponry. With U.S. experts from the Military and other civilian experts in Terrorism, including BioChemical substances, information will be reported to the public. In 2011, my family moved to Arizona. I realized the need for community teen center in town of about 40,000 people and no place for youth creating concerns in wellbeing and the future. I targeted the community leaders to include meeting with all local youth organization heads. Following the meetings located individuals in the process of developing a teen program. Working in conjunction with the community leaders and organization, we took this this dream from thought into action. Prescott Teen Center was handed off to established board of directors, committees, youth council, a temporary location and is looking for funding and permanent location. The program launched in 2013, and has been a huge success providing support, programing, youth development and leadership.

Internationally

Based on 20 years of horse training, working with clients and studying the human condition, I developed the concept "shaping thy spirit". This supports the highest potentials using the models to analyze systems, develop programs, and architect business and personal transformational development.
