Prior to Time Warner, Debbie was the Senior Strategist for Bright Horizons Family Solutions, where she was known as a leader in human capital management, dependent care, and work/life effectiveness.In 2013 a published case study of her work was recognized by Berkeley-Haas as providing the most important contribution to management education in the preceding year. In 2021 Debbie co-authored and published the book Humanity Work Better, 5 Practices to Lead with Awareness, Choice and the Courage to Change.
