Further responsibilities then included managing the Accounts function for CMC which included everything from inputting supplier and sales invoices, reconciling the bank and processing payroll. Additional duties included some administration duties retained from Executive Assistant position and managing the facilities in CMC's Northwich offices. These included cleaning contractors, hygiene facilities, waste disposal facilities, telephones and repair / maintenance of building.Successfully set up and managed the new computerised accounting system.Qualified with the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) in August 2000.Completed and passed a Basic Bookkeeping course. Also attended a two-day Sage training course. Project managed the move from Winsford offices to new, larger Northwich offices on time and to schedule. Thereafter, gained facilities management duties to ensure the smooth running of the offices.
