My experience spans the globe in working with organisations to influence and change the behaviour and attitudes of the people who most directly affect their business success and growth – their customers and their employees.Early in my career I was selling in multiple markets and this knowledge is fundamental to the roles I have had, from co partnering my own Sales and Marketing consultancy for 8 years through to being appointed Managing Director of a motivation and event management company in Brussels, Los Angeles and the UK with turnover in 2004 of $26million and a staff of 85.I joined The Grass Roots Group, providing Performance Improvement services to over 1500 clients through its network of offices in 15 countries and with revenues of $450million in 2009/10. Grass Roots is an associate of WPP. As a Board Director of several companies within the Group I had roles which deployed my knowledge of consultative selling, business and financial planning, leadership skills, employee engagement, and using multi-channel communications to improve brand advocacy and loyalty.
