About Debbie Mcleod

With over 20 years of senior executive experience in the financial services industry, I am a visionary leader who drives business growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution, sales management, and customer service. I have a passion for helping people and communities achieve their financial goals and dreams, and I am proud to be part of BECU, the largest credit union in Washington State and the 4th largest in the U.S.As the SVP of Retail Delivery at BECU, I oversee 63 locations with 800 team members, serving 1.5 million members across various channels and products. I am responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance the member experience, expand the market presence, and optimize the branch and ATM network. I also collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure compliance, risk management, and operational excellence. Some of my achievements include launching the Video Banking service, increasing the member satisfaction score, and opening new branches in underserved areas. I hold a BBA from Pacific Lutheran University and a Graduate School of Banking degree from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
