I am a Partner in the Employment Team at Thorntons and accredited as an Employment Law Specialist by the Law Society of Scotland. I have over 20 years of experience in handling Employment and Discrimination cases. I take a common sense and solution driven approach to employment law to ensure my clients’ achieve the best outcome for them. My advice is robust and commercially focussed and I take the time to understand my client's business.I have wide experience dealing with all areas of employment law including disciplinary and grievance matters, absence and performance management, discrimination, redundancy and reorganisations and termination of employment.
