I retired from a 30 year career at Enterprise Mobility. I most recently worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager for Enterprise. My role was to cultivate and find the best talent for our team. I enjoyed my time with Enterprise as it was a fantastic company to work for. My training, development and experience exceeded my expectations. Because I am a competitive and driven individual the environment and culture at Enterprise allowed me to thrive. Now, I am on to a new chapter. I continue to volunteer my time . During my time as a Talent Acquisition Manager I developed relationships with many colleges and the Career Services Teams at many schools and universities. Today, I sit on the Adelphi Student Affairs Advisory Board. I started with Enterprise almost 28 years ago in the same position everyone starts in; as a Management Trainee. Since we are a company that only promotes from within, I have had the opportunity to obtain promotions based on my performance. I worked my way up to a Branch Manager in 2.5years (I couldn't wait for the company car!) I was then promoted to a Regional Recruiting Supervisor. Shortly afterward I was promoted to a Regional Recruiting Manager. I am now a Talent Acquisition Manager and I am responsible for staffing the offices in the Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Western Nassau County. I love to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment and I truly enjoy learning everyday and overcoming challenges that may be presented to me. But even more importantly I am given the tools to be successful here at Enterprise.Enterprise is a $20 billion dollar company and has been ranked as one of the top places to launch your career for by Business week magazine over and over.
