• Over 2 years implemented an Administrative Team to support the Sarens remote project teams and in-house sales team by successfully recruiting and training staff on internal computer software, systems, and processes.● Interrogate active manpower and equipment schedules to assist with the preparation of Payment Applications/Invoices for monthly billing against contracts, ensuring regular company cash flow. ● Negotiate good procurement rates for equipment, goods, and services and then project manage these costs against the contract and raise purchase orders in Microsoft 365. ● Ensure utilisation of correct document numbering and electronic file naming conventions by engineering team before electronic transfer of drawings, documents, and manuals into various Document Control platforms for quality management purposes. Maintain comment sheet registers to verifying closure of queries/comment sheets.● Implemented and manage the validation process for the inspection and certification of lifting equipment on a routine basis to meet Sarens’ risk management and project compliance requirements.● Introduced a process to manage the training and development needs of employees ensuring up to date CPCS and NVQ compliance for UK Projects and fulfilment of international regulatory requirements on international projects.● Preparation of shipping invoices for the movement of equipment worldwide.● Execute multiple tasks, such as proof-reading contracts, drawings, processing expenses and travel claims whilst serving as Personal Assistant to Sarens’ Director Strategic Global Projects.
