Conducted financial requirements analyses, developed professional services cost model, and priced staffing plans for over 300 Verizon program management, engineering, and operations positions to support providing professional services to design, deploy and operate the next generation of voice/data/video services in Saudi Arabia. Developed policies and pricing methodologies for the unique requirements associated with working in Saudi Arabia including hazard and hardship pay, travel, expatriate packages, housing and transportation allowances, and security provisions. Created processes and procedures to consolidate billing, budget and revenue reporting functions for the Saudi Arabian project across domestic and international organizations.
