It is Australia’s leading custodian with approximately 33% market share.In this role I lead all aspects of a diverse operations team including:- Member of the Operations Leadership Team contributing to the business strategic planning.- Participate, review and contributed to RFP's, Due Diligence and Service Level Agreements- Stakeholder management including Client, Supplier and Internal stakeholders- Project Management with a particular emphasis on productivity improvements, electronic capture of transactions and Straight Through Processing- Business asset manager for Imaging and Workflow platform - Resource management of a team including recruitment, succession planning, training, performance management and development plans.- Risk management including ensuring high volume and high value transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.- Liaison with internal and external audit including GS007 and Audit and Risk Committees- Cost centre budget management and planning- Chairperson of Swift Implementation user group - Process re-engineering and productivity improvements- Participate in Project Control Boards and Business Review Groups- Client issue resolution and root cause analysis- Successfully drive employee engagement to best practice levels

Manage a complex relationship between Superannuation Funds, Insurance Companies and Fund Managers with Australia's largest custodian provider. Client's assets included equity, fixed interest. global investments, managed funds, infrastructure assets, derivatives and cash. This included- Relationship Management including issue resolution, business development and managing profitability- Service Level Agreement negotiation and monitoring- Regular Client Presentations, including strategic conferences and quarterly calling programs- Contribution to the Business Strategy and product development- Manage Client communication - Co-ordination of teams in relation to tax and accounting, securities lending, unit pricing, trade settlement, reconciliations, transitions and performance reporting on behalf of the client.
