I am also certified in contact tracing by John Hopkins University, which enables me to plan and execute safe and successful events in the post-COVID-19 era.Previously, I was the vice president of event operations at Solution Tree, a leading education company that advances the work of its authors through customer service oriented events. There, I led a team of dedicated event managers to transform education worldwide and ensure learning for all. I also co-chaired the venue committee of the Indianapolis Recovery Task Force, a group that developed the standards for safe event operations and established the "Hoosier Hospitality Promise" for venues during the pandemic recovery. My mission is to deliver excellence, innovation, and impact in every event I manage, and to create memorable experiences for my clients and guests.
