In 2021 I left 20+ years of leadership in the semiconductor industry to follow my passion of being a part of a human centered service business. When my dad was diagnosed with dementia, I saw firsthand how important caregiving is and that caregiving is something that is very beautifully human it transcends everything …cultural, racial, socio-economic, gender, geography…the need to give and receive care brings us together. This experience ignited a spark in me to help people retain their dignity, maintain safety, stay healthy, and happy wherever they call home. Named 2022 Top 50 Women Leaders in Arizona. I am a kindhearted and empathy-based leader versed in senior level global corporate leadership to small business ownership. At Home Instead I am able to leverage my prior expertise leading business transformation strategies, global service organizations, operational directives, & high-ROI initiatives to deliver quality compassionate & people focused care. My focus has always been blending service and operations. My guiding principle is centered on delivering best in class service while being efficient, streamlined, and scalable. I served as corporate core culture champion, developed a curriculum on resiliency in the workplace, served as a founding member of onsemi’s women’s leadership team.
