I have had my residential real estate license since 2002. I enjoy helping sellers maximize value and consult with them on a case by case basis regarding updates/touchups to maximize value. Buyers also receive the depth of market research and time that goes into finding the perfect purchase. I love to open front doors to find the perfect property!. I received a Finance degree from the UofA with a minor in Real Estate. I went to work for Bank of America as a commercial loan officer and eventually a Private Banker. I left the bank after 10+ years to raise 2 amazing children. I dabbled in some consulting but have circled back to real estate. With a strong foundation in banking, lending, and a finance degree, the residential real estate market is a great fit. I believe that with cooperation and communication all things can be accomplished!
