In this leadership role, I manage a large sales team for our client and am responsible for building a solution-provider powerhouse.This newly combined company will deliver world-class offerings in next-generation cloud, mobility, application development, and modernization. It will also continue to be one of the leading providers of insurance, banking, investment, and retirement solutions to members of the U.S. military, veterans, and their families.Previously, I spent over a decade in VP roles at IBM, managing international and multi-functional teams. Creating environments that foster synergy and collaboration, I executed the expansion of innovative tech solutions for new markets. I also revitalized consistently low-performing teams, transforming them into top performers, raising morale, drastically exceeding targets, and encouraging diversity and inclusion in every facet of my working life.With extensive global and cultural experience, my professional life has taken me across the U.S. and around the world. At home, I have put the wisdom gained through these experiences to serve on boards whose mandates reflect my own values.Jack and Jill appealed to my passion for philanthropy, civic duty and nurturing future leaders. Links focuses on enriching sustaining and supporting women of African Americans. Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, comprised primarily of black, college-educated women, seriously considers the issues impacting the black community and confronts the challenges of African Americans and, hence, all Americans.
