I have successfully managed multiple compensation projects, such as market analysis, salary structure development, pay equity review, incentive plan design, and annual merit and bonus processes. I have also contributed to enhancing employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction by providing guidance, coaching, and education on compensation matters.
