I work with the Operations Executive to provide support in delivering our events programme which is circa 100 events a year. Managing all logistics and the registration process for the firm's events, understanding and keeping within the budget set for each event, ensuring our website and social media event promotion is always current, co-ordinating suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure all runs smoothly. I am always working to ensure that the business development and client care objectives of the firm are delivered. We (the Marketing team) work with all Practice Areas to provide marketing support including communications, connect, design, events, new business and research and intelligence.Whilst my primary focus is events I also support the rest of the marketing team, we are a growing team but deliver to the whole firm which covers 9 offices. I bring enthusiasm, experience, knowledge and attention to deal to successfully deliver a number of our corporate events such as conferences, exhibitions, dinners, roundtable and virtual events.I like a challenge, happy to problem solve if required, have analytical skills, ability to plan and organise work, look for continuous improvement/innovation and bring clarity and efficiency to the job in hand.I also attend exhibitions/shows to research new venues and ideas for future events and speakers breakfasts to broaden my knowledge in this field.
