We are within two hours of Phoenix, Sedona and Flagstaff which makes for wonderful day and weekend trips. Our housing market is very strong both for resales as well as new construction. Homes in the Prescott area continue to increase in value. Prescott and Sedona have so many beautiful hiking trails for all levels of hikers.
