• Manage strategic execution of branded in-bound digital marketing efforts for up to seven clients per month• Create, execute and monitor search engine optimization, email marketing, website conversion optimization, social media, and search engine marketing (PPC) campaigns of six month media budgets from $6,000 to $600,000+• Analyze and report on KPIs for websites and campaigns, such as conversions, shares and CTRsClients included Hershey's Chocolate World, B-Dry Waterproofing, Merck, United Way of Central Maryland, Stevenson University, DealerTrack, Microdesk, KC Pella, and Surety.

• Prepare HTML email messages by writing and/or editing copy, incorporating tracking functionality, importing data, creating list queries, and testing for errors• Oversee email creative production and execution according to editorial calendarsClients included: Walden University, University of Baltimore.

• Sell function space to current and new customers then detail events according to clients’ needs• Develop and distribute promotional materials via events, the internet, mail, and client site visits

• Manage content on property website, on third-party websites (such as Expedia, Travelocity), and in email marketing campaigns• Team with the Director of Sales & Marketing for marketing collateral and advertising detail decisions• Create, order and distribute hotel and restaurant promotional materials

• Compile monthly and annual Sales and PR reports sent throughout hotel and to the corporate office• Respond to Marketing-related inquiries or Group and Transient Sales client leads• Maintain sales office checkbooks, and regularly send out gift certificates or promotional mailings
