Debbie is an IT Director and people-leader with well rounded technical and business experiences spanning three decades in pharmaceutical and marine manufacturing. She is comfortable working in large corporate eco-systems and leading technology and business strategies toward successful outcomes. Her primary focus is combining people and business processes with digital experience. Debbie shares a thorough knowledge of business acumen with the ability to visualize the strategy and dissect a complex whole into its elements. Team building and work/life balance are key factors to the successful projects she leads. When not working on business strategy and technology solutions, Debbie finds relaxation and new opportunities to learn while raising AHCA registered Scottish Highland cattle, studying herbal medicine and establishing a sustainable farm in East Tennessee with her retired husband.
