As the IT PM, orchestrated 10 different project go lives in a three week period. Projects included an interface server OS upgrade, moved over 100 employees in 4 different office move projects, moved 150+ servers to a new data center, vacated the old data center, and implemented a new VOIP phone system in 4 clinics. Managed all IT Services provided to a dynamic, fast growing major cancer clinic across 14 different locations. Managed IT team and dozens of projects in a very fast-paced environment. Responsible for all infrastructure, projects, technical support, systems availability and service levels. Worked as the Senior Project Manager for various EMR upgrades, lots of office moves, data center migration to an offsite facility, and various other projects as requested.
