Administrative Assistant
Current• Assist Office Manager with building maintenance, employee moves, floor plans, meetings.• Assist the Finance Department with invoices and filing them into the company’s Dorado system.• Assist the Finance Department with financials and comparing them with the company’s Burgiss system.• Utilize Excel for various spreadsheets.• Handle building maintenance complaints (contact maintenance company, input matter in web site, follow-up on status)• Receptionist (greet visitors, in charge of badging access system software, keep employee lists up-to-date, prepare paperwork and badges for new hires and consultants, keep track of twelve (16) Outlook conference room calendars.
