Utilize company databases, historical data, and industry benchmarks to estimate costs for labor, materials, equipment, and sub-tier services required for each project. Assist in the preparation of comprehensive bids and proposals, ensuring all cost elements are accurately reflected and presented professionally to clients. Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and coordinate delivery to support project timelines and budget requirements. Maintain organized records of project estimates, bids, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Develop and implement safety plans, enforcing policies, evaluate practices, and conduct training sessions to ensure compliance.
