It’s especially helpful if you want to deal with past experiences but don’t want to talk about things that are painful. 🌟 About MeAs a compassionate coach, I specialise in empowering people to unlock their true potential through transformative coaching and therapeutic techniques. I trained to do this work because I spent years feeling lost. I always thought I wasn’t good enough and learned to mask all my horrible feelings of insecurity. I recognised that nothing was going to change about the way I felt unless I really started to turn my attention inward. And so I did, through coaching and other kinds of self development.Did I like it? Sometimes!Was it worth it? Yes!What I have recognised through my own experience and also working with my clients is there is real fear in taking that first step.We tell ourselves many negative stories about who we are.We can also believe the stories that others tell us about who we are. Then we lose trust and faith in ourselves and end up with limiting beliefs and unhelpful patterns of behaviour.The work I do helps my clients overcome that hesitation, and teaches them to reframe their experiences and start that journey to self-compassion and lasting change. I blend my NLP knowledge, my hypnotherapy expertise, and my Integral Eye Movement Therapy skills, to create a safe and supportive environment for personal growth and real change.I treat all my clients with compassion, confidentiality and respect, and work with them to discover what is happening at a deeper level than simply setting superficial goals.Through my Awakening and Flourish programmes, I help people build a quiet confidence, overcome their limiting beliefs, and embrace their authentic selves.
