About Debbie Reay

I have worked in several senior management positions in clothes recycling, a professional sports team and financial services. Prior to this I spent 20 years working in the health sector as a nursing sister and staff nurse. Whilst working within one of these businesses I experience the implementation of an integrated management system which I saw the benefits and how it helped underpin the business and developing a structure that supports their needs as well as clarity and direction to make decisions based on fact as well as training needs.I am very much a people person and client focus I am great believer in developing positive relationships at all levels within and beyond an organisation and network to develop effective partnerships with our clients, encouraging multi-level relationships across all services which echo Absolute Quality values and ethos built around our client’s businesses.
