Director of Human Resources, Leadership Development (2007 - 2015)Built employee competencies and drove performance supporting 49,000 employees.Developed best practice methodologies based on adult learning theories and training solutions.Manage 8 reports and $1.3M L&D budget and supported 21 cost centers for a total of $40M.
