Implementation Project Manager
Implementation Project Manager for Integrated Payment Solutions. I work with our new Partners as an Implementation Project Manager to make sure our Partner's implementation to Elavon is a successful, smooth and enjoyable experience. I am introduced to the Partner once there is a verbal commitment and work with both internal and external resources to make sure their first onboarding experience is successful. I have been the main contact for multiple VAR's as well as their customers for eight years. I work with both the VAR’s as well as end users in getting customers set up with integrated credit cards. I also work very closely with our processing side of the business as well as working closely with other processing companies. I educate the customer on the difference between what a Gateway is and what a Processor is.I am responsible for working with the customer to make sure they understand the products they are purchasing. I also work with them to make sure that the appropriate paperwork is turned in to place their order and to answer any questions they may have. I work closely with the VAR’s to make sure that we have the appropriate paperwork and that it is turned in in a timely manner so they meet their customers's go live date.I am in charge of the Gateway Sales Inbox that is a joint e-mail box for our department. I work the address changes, bank change forms, closures and add user forms to help out my co-workers. It is my responsibility to keep the inbox cleaned out and make sure that the E-mails go to the correct person.I helped my co-workers set up e-mail templates so that they could save time when sending out paperwork. I also trained several co-workers on using Heat.I volunteered to be on a recognition committee to recognize when exceptional work was done by a co-worker. I am also the ERT representative for our Department.

I was responsible for scheduling installs for our installers, working with the VAR's on a daily basis to schedule installs. I checked orders that came in to make sure that they were accurate. It was also my responsibility to relieve the receptionist for lunches and breaks. I supervised the two new contractors that we had hired for the 6.01.06 rollout and it was my responsibility to train them. I was instrumental in getting a process together to make sure that orders did not sit in a drawer and become outdated as they were when I first started there. I also worked on special projects, including the IHG rollout and the 6.01.06 pilot program. I helped my Supervisor with various clerical work when he needed assistance.

I was responsible for preparing the pleadings, correspondence, made sure follow up dates were calendared. Scheduled appointments, depositions, hearings and was the contact person for the clients. The partner, Rita Coyle did family law and mediations. She had a very heavy mediation schedule and wit was my responsibility to type the agreements. She was on the Court Provided list for mediations so it was my responsibility to make sure we received the correct documents from the mediation program and to make sure all parties had paid the Appropropriate fees and that the documents were filed in a timely manner with the Court.
