I managed the Business Intelligence Center for Right Management - Florida/Caribbean Region. The Business Intelligence Center is a research center supporting the individual candidates in career transition. At the senior level service, I provided individualized support for specific needs in the Career Process. I also provided concierge research services to the C-Suite Level of candidates in their Job Search.I worked with each consultant to administer executive level as well as talent management coaching and project assessments. I used our exclusive databases as well as internet based sources to conduct SWOT analysis on companies and executives, locating specific recruiters, or any industry related topics necessary for the proper preparation of Right Management’s clients during their career campaigns. I managed the Right Management job development initiatives. I was group owner and oversaw the three Florida Right Management LinkedIn groups for professional candidates, executive candidates, and the HR community, sharing information and job leads. On a daily basis, reviewed and responded to all completed candidate surveys of our services, as well as monitored candidates landing new jobs. Responsible for creating and distributing the monthly calendar of our career transition webinars. Worked with our sales team sourcing prospective leads for new client business.As a partner with HR Florida State Council, I ensured all HR members received trending news and hand-selected weekly career opportunities, along with information on in-house and virtual events, and a resources portal - an invaluable resource for the HR community and professionals in career transition. Prior to joining Right Management, my varied business experience spanned several industry sectors including Legal, Healthcare, Public Utilities, Hospitality, Travel and Real Estate.
