My journey...I like to think of my career as eclectic. I've worked as a CPA, in nonprofit management, human resources, as an organizational development consultant, in government relations, and managing strategic initiatives. I knew I wanted another chapter. I returned to graduate school in 2019 to become a clinical mental health counselor. I graduated from the Seminary of the Southwest with my master's degree in 2022.Today, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I focus on couples, especially those with children at home, and young adults experiencing anxiety or depression. I have taken advanced training in Internal Family Systems, EMDR, the Gottman Method for Couples, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and Intimacy from the Inside Out.
