CurrentDirector of Operations supervising the staff for the San Francisco Bay Area brokerage offices in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Oakland and Walnut Creek working with the Bay Area Managing Director and Sales Managers along with San Francisco Bay Area Property Management.Key Responsibilities:Operational brokerage management as well as corporate oversight of all company wide locations. On-boarding/ off-boarding employees & brokersIC contracts, offer letters and new broker paperwork.Re-forecasting, pipeline tracking and revenue tracking.Commission invoicing and processing. Accounts receivable collections and tracking. Accounting duties including broker recoveries, debt collections, budget preparation and P&L reviews.Work with IT Department/staff for equipment purchases, asset assignment, platform enhancements/rollouts.Office relocations and TI coordinationCorporate and local event planningVarious corporate and local vendor contract managementDRE licenses and insurance compliance
