Retired from one of the best campground associations ever! Over the past 30 plus years, I worked in every aspect of the association. In August of 2004, I assumed the position of Executive Director/CEO and ran CampCalNOW (previously CalARVC) with the help of 3 additional staff. CampCalNOW has over 400 members statewide; a for-profit subsidiary corporation responsible for all consumer marketing efforts such as the camping guide, website, electronic newsletters, PR program; budgets totaling over $700,000; more than 25 different products & publications; an active legislative advocacy program; political action committee; and more than 10 different programs offering its members savings and means to improve their operations.

Maintained all membership records & Journal Subsciptions and provided support to the Board of Directors.

Staff for the CA Assn of RV Parks & Campgrounds, ESG's primary client. Worked under Tug & Judy Miller, Executive Directors of CalARVC for 23 years.

I began my career in the RV Park Industry at the age of 12 when my parents built and opened the Auburn KOA RV Park in Northern California. For ten years, I learned all aspects of running a park from managing the store and registration office to cleaning restrooms and running swimming pool races on 4th of July Weekends.
