A retired Insurance and Technology Executive who now enjoys travelling, hiking, golfing, snowshoeing, kayaking, biking, and a love of Yoga. I am focused on healthy living and have incorporated the joy of Yoga into my daily life. Becoming a yoga teacher through Markham Yoga has provided me with the opportunity to share my love of yoga with others. I am currently volunteering my time to teach friends and other retirees and look forward to continuing my journey wherever it takes me. I would very much like to bring the inner peace that Yoga brings to me to employees in a corporate setting for short sessions during the day. Having worked in the Insurance and Technology sector for my entire career I know how important it is for employers to do what they can to help reduce stress so that employees can enjoy their careers. Corporations that bring these types of wellness programs into their organization are to be commended! My new mission in life is to help others take care of their bodies and their minds through the inspiration of yoga!
