Human-Centred Design before it was a thing. More recently, I've steered the ship on everything from commercial success and new business ventures to fostering a vibrant company culture at Re (M&C Saatchi Group) and independent branding powerhouse Frost*collective. I've led dynamic teams in crafting and delivering top-tier brand strategies, identities, and experiences.A BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of York, a marketing certificate from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and IDEO design thinking facilitator certification underpin my approach.
