As Employee Experience Manager will have oversight of people-related delivery initiatives, including projects and events such as new employee onboarding. Ensure hiring requirements are effectively translated into selection tools such as hiring specifications, job postings, ads and behavioral interview questions.*Provide HR support and guidance to assigned business units within Security Benefit, partnering closely with the business unit leaders, managers and HR colleagues to ensure the building of a high performance organization and culture. *Provide HR support to assigned business in the areas of employee relations, recruiting and on-boarding, as well as providing this support as backup to other business lines as required.*Manage employee relations issues, working with senior HR leaders to bring resolution.*Proactively identify employee development and compliance needs where observed and works with learning & development to select methods and programs to meet the needs of the business.
