RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS Operations Management:*Relationship building: Cultivating & maintaining strong business partnerships with customers, vendors and stakeholders.*Supervising: Oversee & executing all day to day business activity, including: Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, and Purchasing*Building Up: Training/Coaching *Streamlining: Improving systems and process for operations to achieve lowest cost to serve*Evaluating: Preparing and reviewing operational reports & presentationsSales & Marketing:*Generating customer service, inside sales, outside sales & e-commerce/digital sales, trade shows, events, promotions and other marketing initiatives by implementing strategies to drive traffic, conversion, community, retention, and revenue.*Partnering with cross functional divisions to drive branding, service, profitability & strategy.*Building a team invested in company culture, branding, and KPI's to meet both short and long term goals.
