I work with educational organisations across Asia Pacific to support their teaching and learning initiatives with Instructure's Canvas software. In addition to supporting clients virtually, I work face-to-face and shoulder-to-shoulder with clients both within Australia and across APAC, in places such as Hong Kong, Singapore, the Philippines, Vietnam, and China.

Downer is a leading provider of services to customers in markets including: Transport Services; Technology and Communications Services; Utilities Services; Engineering, Construction and Maintenance (EC&M); Mining; and Rail.My contract at Downer sees me training end users (business and back office) as part of an Accounts Payable application rollout. Our global operations include offices in the world's major financial centres.________________________________________As Associate Director at Macquarie I was responsible for the global operations of interbank financial telecommunications as well as operational compliance teams, Macquarie's wholesale bank account reconciliation, and the bank's wholesale client database.I partnered with business, IT, and compliance to ensure that operations were efficient, that acquisitions were integrated with as little disruption as possible, and that infrastructure and vendor-systems supported our activity. I was also a member of the Operations Leadership team which had a role of overseeing division-wise initiatives, succession planning, and change management.For my final project at Macquarie, I was tasked with offshoring the operations of the wholesale customer database from Sydney to Manila, organising all aspects of the change from recruitment to compliance to creating and delivering a complete learning program for the transfer.It was during my tenure as an Associate Director at Macquarie that I realised my future was in helping employees succeed on the job.
