Senior Business Process Analyst, Accounting Operations
Current• Leads cross-functional teams and completes internal discovery sessions to evaluate current work processes and identify improvement strategies.• Drives completion of planned improvements and monitors progress to ensure timely action, support, and achievement of expected benefits.• Translates business processes to requirements and systematic workflows for automation efficiencies and improved business results.• Partners with technical resources to analyze and document technical design for data, workflow, logical processes, and system integrations with internal Salesforce CRM, Oracle NetSuite ERP, and Kantata Professional Services Application (PSA) tools.• Builds and maintains operational policies, procedures, and user guides.• Applies change management process and tools to create a strategy for adoption of required changes required by a program or initiative including support of design, development, delivery, and communications.• Acts as a liaison between Operations and Technical resources.
