Senior Business Process Analyst, Accounting Operations
Current- Leads cross-functional teams and completes internal discovery sessions to evaluate current work processes and identify improvement strategies.
- Drives completion of planned improvements and monitors progress to ensure timely action, support, and achievement of expected benefits.
- Translates business processes to requirements and systematic workflows for automation efficiencies and improved business results.
- Partners with technical resources to analyze and document technical design for data, workflow, logical processes, and system integrations with internal Salesforce CRM, Oracle NetSuite ERP, and Kantata Professional.
- Builds and maintains operational policies, procedures, and user guides.
- Applies change management process and tools to create a strategy for adoption of required changes required by a program or initiative including support of design, development, delivery, and communications.
