Working on all areas of our business activity, the role was multi-faceted:~UK Administrator managing a team looking after exhibitor and participant contract processing, accommodation bookings, accreditation and badge preparation, accounts collection and processing, customer service issues etc. I made regular trips to our Paris HQ and gave on site customer support and assistance at our Cannes events.~Executive Assistant duties to the Managing Director covering diary management, confidential correspondence, travel arrangements, expenses reconciliation etc.~Sales support to the Sales Director covering organising overseas sales trips, preparing proposals, attending client sales meetings and confidential correspondence.~Office Manager responsibilities included all staffing and HR issues, office moves etc.
