About Debbie Wilks

As Director of Cluster Arts, a leading arts organisation that supports the development and delivery of Australian circus and physical theatre, I have over nine years of experience in managing, producing, and directing arts and culture projects. I have a Graduate Diploma in Management (Arts & Culture) from the University of SA, and a passion for fostering the creative potential and professional growth of artists and performers.I have a strong track record in working collaboratively with diverse community organisations, stakeholders, and partners, and finding innovative and effective solutions to the challenges and opportunities facing the arts sector. I am committed to improving the business skills of artists and building the value of the arts to non-artists. In 2021, I completed the prestigious Asialink Leadership course, where I connected with other business leaders around Australia and developed networks for finding new ways of working in Asia post COVID.
