I am a registered nurse with over 15 years of experience with a large orthopaedic practice in Little Rock, Arkansas. The last three years I was there, I was the Director of Marketing for this group. For the past ten years, I have been self-employed as an independent physician recruiter. We have over 350 clients throughout the US in the form of hospitals and independent physician practices. We work with both physician candidates looking for job opportunities and with these hospitals and practices who are interested in hiring more physicians. Approximately 50% of the physicians we place are here in the state of Arkansas, another 30% through the Southeast and the remaining percentage throughout the US.Additionally, within the last year, I have taken on the role of Director or Marketing and Community Relations for a large radiology practice in Little Rock, Radiology Associates, PA. I have worked with these 35 physicians in the past as part of my previous role as a nurse with a busy hand surgeon here in Little Rock. My current role is to assist them with branding, marketing and their role in the community.
