We are the only family owned local Fort Lauderdale Company which specializes in Single family large (5 bedrooms +) waterfront homes (oceanfront too) in the Greater Fort Lauderdale /Broward and Palm Beach County areas.Our homes have consistent quality and are known to be pristine.We have a high repeat visitor rate (several for more than 10 years). We specialize in homes which are known to be multi-generational (meaning grandparents, adult kids, and grandkids).Yet, the homes are kept in good repair and should our owners choose to sell, they can be brought to market within 30 to 45 days.We offer concierge services to all of our guests should they wish to enhance their vacation experience And our owners, are always happy that their taxes, maintenance, and minor repairs are always met and many times they have a profit.The philosophy of our company is to rent homes at a higher per night rate, have a more discerning guest, and a lower occupancy rate so there is less wear and tear on the property.
