She has driven a number of large-scale, global programs for clients who need to transform their organizations to deliver key strategic programs. Debbie's most recent engagement was to deliver a comprehensive Enterprise Information Management program, including data governance, data architecture, stewardship, governance tools, lifecycle management, and associated training.She brokers strong relationships with business clients and delivers significant, strategic global programs beyond client expectations, often under challenging time constraints. Debbie has defined the required strategies, performed current state assessments, created and deployed global governance models, and aligned the goals and objectives of both business units and technology groups. Debbie’s extensive capabilities come from work in transportation, insurance, financial services, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, media, and software development. Prior to joining Information-Asset, Debbie formed ReedITC, her own consulting company, headquartered just outside NYC. Debbie spent three years at Borland Software working with an agile development team to create software products, and more than fifteen years at General Motors as Global Director for application engineering, enterprise integration, and process standardization, driving standards for ERP systems.
