Debbie Zaller is Chief Operating Officer at Schellman. Debbie is responsible for maintaining and driving operational results and executing the firm's strategic goals. Debbie oversees all daily operations of the firm while spearheading the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.

Debbie led the firm's Midwest, Southeast, and Northeast regions along with the national service lines of SOC 2 and Privacy service lines as Managing Principal before assuming the position of COO in 2021.

As Principal, Debbie led the Midwest Region along with the Privacy, SOC 2 and SOC 3 service lines and is also on the AICPA’s SOC Specialist Task Force. She is responsible for internal training, methodology creation, and quality reporting. Debbie was a past member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Board of Governors and served on the Finance and Office Advisory Committee. Performed work with the other PSCU-FS departments and external clients to identify & document current business processes and implement productivity improvements.

Performed senior responsibilities on internal audit reviews with a focus on technology risks, SAS 70 (Service Auditor) audits, PeopleSoft HRMS security and control reviews, general IT controls, and revenue assurance reviews. Industries included: Marketing, Financial Services, Hospitality, Theme Park, and Automobile Rental, Healthcare, Telecommunications, and Credit Card Processing.
