Led a team of 30 at Target with responsibility for sourcing over $3B in Home, Hardlines, Essentials and Beauty private label goods. Team consistently delivered on our product costing.Led the sourcing team work on 301 tariff mitigation, including the assessment of total risk to Target, development of negotiation plans with suppliers, and partnership with global trade team to identify savings opportunities.

Led a team of 25 merchants with full P&L responsibility for the Domestics business including the development and execution of our assortment, pricing, promotion and presentation strategy. Drove a reinvention in our towels and sheets business that made Target a dominant leader in core bed/bath basics. Collaborated with PD&D to reposition the Room Essentials brand to be a power home brand at Target. Category responsibilities included: Basic and Fashion Bedding, Bath Towels and Coordinates, Toss Pillows, Window Coverings and Rugs.

Responsible for the sales and profits of the Newborn/Infant/Toddler division. Led a team of 20 merchants and collaborated with PD&D and sourcing teams to develop and execute an assortment, pricing, promotion, and presentation strategy that drove consistently strong sales, profit and market share growth in our apparel and baby hard goods businesses. Developed a strategy to drive a more dominant position in infant/toddler swim which led to Target achieving a #1 market share position in this category. Category responsibilities included: Newborn/Infant/Toddler fashion, basic and seasonal apparel, baby layette, baby bedding and baby hard goods in both national and private label brands.
