If I don't know the answer, I look it up. If something doesn't make sense in it's native form, I assist it ~ example of this would be an Excel spreadsheet. A ten page spreadsheet full of figures is useless to most managers. You need an overview of that data to make business decisions. I make it a useful tool by drilling down on the data and creating reports that give you the end results in a quick, easy to understand format.
