I've been with the GLCVB 14 years. My primary responsibilities include managing our information technology processes and troubleshooting computer issues, maintaining and end user support for our customer relationship management application, internal audits, staff trainer of various systems (Microsoft Suite, misc. applications, tablet & smartphone technology.) If I don't know the answer, I look it up. If something doesn't make sense in it's native form, I assist it ~ example of this would be an Excel spreadsheet. A ten page spreadsheet full of figures is useless to most managers. You need an overview of that data to make business decisions. I make it a useful tool by drilling down on the data and creating reports that give you the end results in a quick, easy to understand format.
