My personal life was challenging—divorce, caring for an aging parent, and grappling with my own well-being. A 10-day silent meditation retreat transformed my perspective, and I knew I needed to leave the corporate treadmill to focus on my health and create a life aligned with my true values. That’s when I realized that I was perfectly equipped to take my decades of corporate experience and help other women create successful businesses on their terms.I’m motivated by giving women a choice in how they earn a six-figure income and support their families—without sacrificing their sanity, mental health, family, or values. I founded the Launch Lab for women entrepreneurs, where I guide women in turning their expertise into profitable, sustainable businesses. I draw from my expertise in marketing research, product development, and business strategy, but I don’t believe in cookie-cutter solutions. I know that each client has unique strengths and challenges, and mentorship—the personalized, customized kind—is the missing piece in today’s business coaching market.My approach combines analytical sharpness and deep emotional empathy.
