CurrentCommunity-Based Mechanism for the Children of Garment Workers in Bangladesh (CB-CPM) Project. Leadership: Provide overall leadership and direction for the organization's project teams, ensuring that all project activities are aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and values.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the organization's project goals and objectives. Lead the development of annual work plans, budgets, and progress reports.Project Management: Responsible for managing the organization's projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Team Management: Manage the organization's project team, ensuring that they are motivated, trained, and developed to meet the organization's needs. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback and guidance to team members, and promote a positive work environment.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, including donors, partners, and beneficiaries, to build and maintain relationships that support the organization's projects. Identify new opportunities for collaboration and resource mobilization.Monitoring and Evaluation: Oversee the organization's monitoring and evaluation activities, ensuring that project outcomes are tracked, measured, and reported on. Fundraising: Support the organization's fundraising efforts, identifying new funding opportunities, developing grant proposals, and cultivating relationships with donors and partners.Advocacy and Communications: Lead the organization's advocacy and communications efforts, ensuring that project successes and challenges are communicated effectively to stakeholders. Promote the organization's brand and reputation through targeted communications and outreach.Compliance: Ensure that the organization's projects comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and donor requirements.
