The Media Relations Chair strives to educate members as to the tools that are available for chapters to utilize on the website as it relates to media relations. Responsible for the chapter's dissemination of available press releases, editorials, and association-supporting communications. The Chair strives to keep current and relevant presentations available for our chapter members to use to educate the public. And lastly the Chair will ensure that local chapters speak on behalf of NABIP and will do so while speaking with one voice, NABIP’s voice.

U.S. Business Marketing Leader- Voluntary Segment. Support Cigna's Voluntary and Dental solutions in all areas of strategy and marketing, including initiatives in support of field marketing and the broader business. Identifies opportunities for marketing new and existing solutions, building market-facing communications and leading client and customer acquisition strategies to retain and cross-sell business.

Responsible for the sales and marketing efforts for Kemper Benefits life and health products through brokers and other selected distribution partners. Creates strategies that support corporate branding, product marketing, advertising, conferences and events. Uses various tactical avenues to develop and maintain effective working relationships, conducting product training and developing enrollment support. Works with multiple sales offices, administration partners and corporate headquarters to conceive, create and execute marketing communications plans for dependent departments and senior management. Developed all product collateral and enrollment support for new Voluntary Benefits business unit of Kemper.
