As a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at The Choice Group, I work with clients who have a range of disabilities to find their "dream job" and coach and support them through their employment. I have been in this role for over a year, and I am passionate about helping people overcome barriers and achieve their potential.I have a background in social services, marketing communications, and education, which enables me to communicate effectively, build rapport, and market to employers to gain employment opportunities for my clients. I have a bachelor's degree in Integrated Social Sciences and an undergraduate certificate in Organizational Communication from Penn State University, and I am currently pursuing a master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Florida Institute of Technology. I also have skills in New Business Development, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Customer Engagement, which I use to create and execute demand generation campaigns, drive attendance for events, and create qualified opportunities that result in closed sales.
