Successfully directed a growing Jewish day school for ages three months old through first grade for over 15 years. Grew the school from 45 children and 12 staff to over 100 children, full to capacity and 30 staff. Also grew a budget from $360,000 annually to over $1,000,000 annually. Created extensive programs for families and the larger community as well as presented on these programs on the national level at various conferences and forums.

Teacher/Consultant for children in elementary, middle and high school with severe emotional and behavioral issues. Facilitated workshops for educators and parents on multi-intelligence learning, cooperative learning, differentiated curriculum, thematic learning and behavior management. Designed classroom management plans and worked with teachers to provide the most engaging and stimulating environment for learning.
