Developed the CHOICES initiative to increase the household income of lower-income working families through training and resource connection with Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) funding. Conducted all contract and program meetings, facilitated dispute resolution, and reported to the Department and its partners. Oversaw 2 colleagues, 5 program contractors, and trained ACDSS staff and community partners. Co-developed a client management and data analysis database.- Upon departing, nearly 100 participants earned an additional average of $644 per month. - Negotiated, executed and administered $1.4 million in five new CHOICES contracts. - Provided additional contract oversight and assistance to 34 other TANF contractors ($5.9 million). - Invited presenter at the 2003 Colorado Works State Conference to share the CHOICES story.

As an extension of the United Nations Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, helped establish a strategy for environmental protection, economic prosperity, and community well-being.
